井上陽水「灰色の指先」
井上陽水のアルバム『white』（1978年）で「灰色の指先」を聴いた。最新の2010年『魔力』を選ぼうとしたのだが、指がここで止まってしまった。
このアルバムには１曲目の「青い闇の警告」をはじめとして、心に突き刺さる曲が多い。まれにステージで唄われる「ミスコンテスト」もそうだし。「愛の装備」や「迷走する町」はぜひライブで聴きたい。中でいまのわたしにぴったりなのが「灰色の指先」。
１月は忙しい。稼働日が少ないのに仕事が多いから。アルバイトの回数を増やし、なおかつ家でも知り合いに頼まれた仕事をする
家では単純作業である。駐車料 200円、高速通行料 500円、カチカチカチカチ。わたしの指先は磨り減りはしないけど、「灰色の指先」の彼と同じ。いや、彼のほうがまだまし。だって、何かを創造しているもの。たとえその一部分であれ。何だろう？車？電車？飛行機？
わたしの指は何も造らない。接待飲食代 31500円 手土産菓子代 えーと2100円 最近の領収書は日が経つと消えてくるのイヤだな カチカチ。毎年自分で計算しなさいと言っているのにな。まあ、貧乏なわたしを想って、命じてくれるんだけどね、カチカチ。
『white』はいま「暑い夜」これも好き。たった5ヶ月前には、こんな暑い夏はないと言っていて、いまは、こんな寒い冬はないと厚いコートを着ている。
次が「灰色の指先」暗い？でもドラマチック。映像が見える、白黒の。流れ作業かぁ。終わりがないんだね。その点わたしがましかも。キーボードを、いつかは終わる、いまに終わると思いながら叩く。果てしないようでも、必ず終わりはあるものね。
こんな単純作業に比べれば、曲を造るって大変。比べては申し訳ないほど大変、多分。何もないところから、手品のように出すのだもの。「灰色の指先」はどんなふうに出来たのか。うんうん、考えようによっては、わたしのはラクな人生。
早く終わらせて、映画に、じゃなかった、コンサートに行こう。

「灰色の指先」の毎日は「決められたリズム」のような毎日でもあるわけで・・・
そんな毎日が続いていくことが人生だって、ものすご～～く納得の今日この頃です(^_^;)
「いつもと違った春」が訪れたのは、遠い昔。
明後日は「あどけない君のしぐさ」のように純な気持ちで楽しみたいです(^_^)v

「灰色の指先」。
僕も大好きな曲のひとつです。
数ある曲の中で、第三者の一人の男性を客観的に「彼」と称して歌ってる曲は他にあるでしょうか？
その世界観の入り口から、もう違っています。
当たり前の、何ともない毎日、
特徴もない、ただの男、
変わらない町と女性との小さな幸せ…
アルバム「White」から
陽水の詞の表現が変わったと言われますが、
それも頷ける、少し切ない空気です。
曲調は地味ですけど、味のある展開。
サビのパートは盛り上がりつつも、
ボーカルは渋く、抑えめ。
ジャジーなアレンジがピタリとはまることも
Al「Blue Sellection」で証明してくれました。
個人的には、演奏、ボーカルとも
Al「クラムチャウダー」のバージョンが最もお気に入りです。
こうした隠れた名曲をPowderの後半戦で期待したいですね。
オーチャードホールのツアーファイナルに
参加予定です！

なるほど！「彼」って珍しいですね。
詞もいいし曲もいい。
わたしはジャズバージョンも好きです。
オーチャードの頃は暖かくなっているでしょうか。
いつもに増して、春を待つ今年です。

灰色の指先・・地味な印象しかイメージできずメロディも歌詞も浮かびません。
聞けばもちろんわかるのですけれど。
CDを選ぶときに指が止まる感覚はよくわかります。
私は「EVERY NIGHT」によくひっかかります。
気分が沈みがちの時に「サナカンダ」なんかを口ずさんだりしますが、だからと言って未だ「サナカンダ」が何なのか、あるいはどこなのかがわかりません＾＾；
今回「あれっ？」と思ったのは・・忙しい理由です。
私の忙しさと共通する忙しさなのかというところ。
ちょっと不思議な感じです。
