井上陽水｢氷の世界」
CDアルバム『氷の世界』（1973年LP）でタイトル曲「氷の世界」を聴いた。作詞・作曲/井上陽水 編曲/星勝・ニック ハリソン。 アルバム『氷の世界』の5曲目、「チエちゃん」の次の曲。
週末である。どんよりと暑い。昼近くに起きたのに、夕方またとろとろと眠くなって。目が覚めるような曲といったらずっと敬遠していたこの有名曲。
♪窓の外ではリンゴ売り、声をからしてリンゴ売り
♪きっと誰かがふざけて
リンゴ売りのまねをしているだけなんだろ
ロンドンでのレコーディングということで、演奏が全部向うのミュージシャンである。歌の意味なんかわからずに演奏してるんだろうな、なんて思う。まあ、日本人でもわかるとは言えないが。
勢いのある曲。いまもコンサートの華だ。この録音でもBlues Harpだけは陽水本人の演奏で、いまではハーモニカ投げは聴衆の楽しみのひとつ。
窓の外にいるのは「リンゴ売り」じゃなくてもいいのだろうが、「みかん売り」ではシャープさがないし、「豆腐売り」では所帯じみる。
♪人を傷つけたいな、誰か傷つけたいな
♪だけど出来ない理由は、
やっぱりただ自分が恐いだけなんだな
前アルバム『センチメンタル』にも、異色の「東へ西へ」があったが、この『氷の世界』の中ではこの歌が異色だ。タイトルからして大きい。それに充分相応しい（と思わせる）歌詞と、たたき込むような曲。当時、吹雪のように人々を刺激したことだろう。
シニカルな目で見る人間と世間、しかし詠嘆ではないところにいまも新しい理由がある。
♪ふるえているのは寒さのせいだろ、恐いんじゃなネ
♪毎日、吹雪、吹雪、氷の世界
（試聴できるのは 2005年1月矢野絢子さんがカヴァーしてなかなか評判がよかった曲）

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!

When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Appreciate it!
